One of the best parts of planning your wedding cake is deciding on the flavours!
Every wedding cake booking includes a personalised cake sample box, giving you the opportunity to try a selection of flavours before making your final choices.
Each sample box is carefully prepared using your flavour preferences and includes:

One vanilla bean and one lemon biscuit favours.
Whether you already know exactly what you'd like or you're still deciding, your sample box is designed to help you choose the perfect combination for your wedding day.

How it works
Once your booking has been confirmed, I'll invite you to complete a short flavour questionnaire so I can prepare your personalised sample box.
Sample boxes are available from three weeks after booking and are sent up to five months before your wedding, allowing plenty of time to finalise your flavours before your balance payments and wedding preparations.
Sample boxes are dispatched on Wednesdays via next day delivery (not sent during December).

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my sample box?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive a flavour questionnaire to complete. Sample boxes are available from three weeks after booking and are sent no later than five months before your wedding.

If you've booked closer to your wedding date, I'll prepare your sample box as soon as possible using the flavours available at the time.

Can I choose my sample flavours?
Yes. Before your sample box is prepared, you'll complete a short flavour questionnaire. I'll use your flavour preferences to create a personalised sample box, helping you choose the flavours for your wedding cake.
Do I need to order samples before booking?
No. Every wedding cake booking includes a personalised cake sample box as part of the booking process.
If you'd prefer to try my cakes before securing your wedding date, you're very welcome to purchase a sample box first.
Can I order a sample box before booking?
Absolutely. Pre-booking sample boxes are available for £40, including UK postage.
